Refund policy
1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and inventory management purposes, Sommer & Co does not offer monetary refunds for returned items. Eligible returns approved in accordance with this Policy may qualify for an exchange or store credit only. Sommer & Co accepts eligible returns requested within fourteen (14) days of the customer receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from stains, odours, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear or damage. All original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners must remain fully attached and intact. Proof of purchase, order confirmation, or receipt must accompany all return requests. To initiate a return, customers must contact Sommer & Co at info.summerandco@gmail.com within the applicable return period.
Sommer & Co does not guarantee product exchanges due to limited inventory availability. Customers wishing to obtain a different size, colour, or item may return an eligible product in accordance with this Refund Policy and place a new order separately, subject to product availability.
Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided once the return request has been reviewed and approved.
Items returned without prior authorisation from Sommer & Co may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Customers are responsible for all return costs unless the return relates to an incorrect or defective item received from Sommer & Co.
Monetary refunds shall only be issued where required by applicable law or where Sommer & Co determines, in its sole discretion, that a monetary refund is appropriate.
By purchasing from Sommer & Co, you acknowledge and agree to this Returns & Exchanges Policy.
2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact Sommer & Co within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at info.summerandco@gmail.com together with clear photographs and details of the issue.
Failure to notify Sommer & Co within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement, exchange or store credit.
Where Sommer & Co determines that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we reserve the right to offer an appropriate remedy including replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, health, and customer safety reasons, certain items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.These include swimwear or bikini bottoms where the hygiene liner has been removed, altered, or damaged, worn, washed, or used items, sale or clearance items, gift cards, customised or personalised items, beauty or personal care products and any items otherwise designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Sommer & Co reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this Refund Policy.
4. REFUSAL OF RETURNS
Sommer & Co reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credits where items are returned outside the applicable return period, items show signs of wear, use, damage, washing, or alteration, hygiene liners or tags have been removed, proof of purchase cannot be verified, or the return otherwise fails to comply with this Refund Policy. In such circumstances, items may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
5. PRE-ORDERS
From time to time, Sommer & Co may offer products on a pre-order basis.
Estimated shipping or dispatch dates for pre-order items are approximate only and are subject to change.
Customers acknowledge that delays may occur due to production timelines, supplier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond Sommer & Co’s control.
Where an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, Sommer & Co reserves the right to deliver items separately or hold the order until all items become available.
Pre-order purchases remain subject to these Terms and the applicable Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy.
